ok i got a new HDD and i am fixing it with xboxhdm and stuff following the tut, but when i get to the locking part it gives me three options, "lockhd a", "lockhd f", and "lockhd p" and I dont know which one to pick. "a" says get password from eeprom, tried it didnt work, f says get password from file only containing the password, and p says type in password on command line. so far only tried a, but it didnt work, any advice? _________________ .---------------.

ok... i figured out what i was doing wrong, i typed "lockhd a" instead of "lockhd -a" anyway, i fixed it and now my HD works! yay! _________________ .---------------.

Thats the one thing with xboxhdm. Since its linux, you have to type the commands exactly for it to work. Gload to see you got it working though _________________
