I install the softmode ok and backup my EEPROM to my computer and also C and E
and made the linux disk in case I need to restore when I boot the xbox I get the Evolution-X screen if I put a regular game it play ok but if I put the Auto Installer Deluxe v2.11 DVD-R disk witch I burn at 2x
with DVD Decrypter it wont come on all I get is the EVO-x dash did something happen with the softmode install ?
I like to install a better dashboard and some applicasions for my Xbox any Idea as to what I need to do ?

Hmm, i don't get the question quite right.
Does your softmod work and does it load Evox?
Then if you burn AID to a DVD-R but it doesn't boot??
The answer is simple for the DVD-R, your xbox dvd rom doesn't like that brand or doesn't support it very well.
Try CD-RW and see if it works.
I also Recomend Memorex DVD-R as they will work on all xbox versions, no questions asked. _________________ Xbox v1.1

Yes it those load Evox so that mean the softmode is working ok ? It most be as you said the dvd media I have now is really cheap I will try your suggestion
I have some more questions if you dont mind
#1- what is the best dashboard
#2- what is the best program to Rip xbox dvd and make a ISO that I can burn on my pc
#3- what program or dash can I use to be able to watch Divx movies on my xbox
last question those this site host a ftp site with all the application ?
