OK you guys I have to turn to you now, I've tried too many things that haven't worked... I got my box modded with xecuter, don't know what bios, and apparently it had evolutionx as my dash (skin was the halo guy with the planet in the back), so I got this ultimate boot cd 4.0, and I started installing different dashboards as evox, avalauch, and then I installed M$-dash (thinkin it was another type of kool dash), well that's when the problems started. Now I have the oh so famous error 21 on my screen with multiple languages. I got the slayers cd 2.6 + 2.7.. burned them in compatible media (memorex) for my Samsung xbox drive, and then tried cd-r...nothing!!... then I found this site which I find amazing, and got the Auto installer deluxe 3.1 and used the 1gb dummy file plus some skins...to make another .iso... I burned it on to a Memorex dvd-r at 6x, and it still not working... I was told that the chip probably got flashed... and I don't know what to think anymore.. they only thing I know is that I was messing with the dashboards, not at any point I messed around flashing the chip. Well I'm turning my problem to you guys cause they didn't help me at other forums....if you need more info, just ask me.

IF you have another drive lying around, backup your eeprom , and start from scratch.....?

ummm well you probabally did flash your bios but just in case try a cold boot with a different media (sony works for me) and pop in aid. other than that if your hdd is unlocked then it will be simple use a fatx explorer like 360 explorer or fatxplorer and drop in the msdash files from the aid disc you will see them in like a file labled msdash-c.rar inside the rar file. then delete everything in the C:\ partition which i think in 360 explorer is partition 3 (you will see evox dash and such in there) then get a copy of a gameexploit like splintercell exploit with raincoat from xbins. that should reflash your chip if that is the problem if not.
O and im not gonna retype this so ill add it here if your drive is locked then do a hotswap and do it that way just dont turn off your xbox or ur pc during this process or you will not be able to do this.but yea if you can flash it with the raincoat then softmod it and pop in a copy of aid with the bios addon and reflash it that way. _________________

ok well I don't know how to do most of what you said, but i can google. Um what do you mean by cold boot with a different media? .... Also the error screen remains there and doesn't let me do anything at all... I don't get pass that screen

Well what i maen by use different media is to use a different type of blank disc. And a coldboot is when you put the game in your xbox then turn the xbox off then on with the disc in there. _________________
