Can play VCD version 1.0/1.1/2.0 and you can have it for $30. Needs to be soldered to your mother board, but the solder points aren't too bad.

as good as it sounds I might pass it down, as I was only really looking into it. sounds alright though for $30, just don't have the money to do it at the moment.
