Nope. If you have a 1.6, don't even bother with chimp, you'll have more problems than its worth.
Your going to have to try the PC upgrade again. Start fresh. And I recommend using the original MS dash files, not backups of your files. Then you re-mod the xbox and it should recognize the larger drive after that. _________________
hmm, the iso is always bigger then 700mb, so i cant burn it to a cd-r, should i delete all my saved games? because i got the halo2 map packs and what not, if i delete like all my saved games would the file come out under 700mb you think? or should i buy some dvd-r's
Also, you said dont use backups? what do you mean exactly? original MS Dash files? :s

Don't put your C and E drive backups in the C and E folders. Use the originall Ms dash files. They can be downloaded from teh internet, but we have them on our VIP FTP servers as well _________________
alright well, i backed up all my saved games then deleted everything off my xbox HDD then ftp'd the C and E folders to my computer, then put the "EEPROMBackup.Bin" in the eeprom folder and renamed it to "eeprom", read that in some tutorial but im not sure if i was suppose to, But now when i run the make-iso file my iso comes out to 400 megs so now i can burn it on a cdr since before it was almost 900mb.
Now if that dosent work should i just burn the Auto.Installer.Deluxe.v3.10.Xbox-Hq.iso to a cd and use that instead of the xboxhdm way?
Edit: yeah it still dosent work, i have both my harddrives plugged in and my new 120 gig xboxhd plugged in as a master drive, i boot up and press 1 to go into the vga settings and it just black screens there and does nothing

You only need your new HDD, don't have the others attached at all.
Also, you need the eeprom file called eeprom.bin. _________________
