Hi guys, I got xbox v 1.6 w/ xecuter 3 chip installed. When I tried to install Aid 3.04 into my new harddrive (seagate 500gb) It's unable to put partition on G: drive and dump the rest to F: drive instead. I've searched this forum and I think the problem is I don't have the correct bios. What bios should I re-flashed my xbox into? Thank's.

there is an X3 bios for the Executer X3, yes you need to patch the bios for partition 6 and 7 (F and G)

Hi guys, I do some more search. According to my undertanding, I need my xbox to be reflashed w/ latest flashbios (3294) and evox m8 bios. Am I correct? Do I need both of them? Which bank should it be allocated to?

You can also use the X2 4983. There is one that has a patch to allow what you are looking to do. _________________

With my X3, I'm using the 3294, and that is all you will need. You can enagle the G drive in the bios by way of the live config.
Hold the white button on your controller as the xbox boots to get to your live config. When the config menu appears, choose X3 Config Live->Customize X3 Bios->LBA 48 Mode and set it to "F drive upto 137bg - G drive gets the rest".
Hi guys, I just successfully reflashed my bios with 3294 and do the correct partition. Thank's a lot guys, especially to greven for his help. Btw, when I load my evox dashboard, why is it said that my bios is 'unknown'?

The evox dash uses a list of ( I think) MD5 hashes to check what bios. You would have to edit your evox.ini file to add the appropriate line.
