i have the sid, but i cant find where to get the PAL and NTSC.

PAL and NTSC what? If your referring to the PAL/NTSC switcher, it can be installed from the AID3 disc. If your refering to the PAL/NTSC versions of the splinter cell game, they should have both been there when you downloaded SID
