I am pi**ed off. I just got thier 300GB HDD two weeks ago and it died, I lost all my files and all the time putting them on the HDD. I call for the warr. Guess f***ing what. I have to pay them 25.00 to get a new HDD and its going to F***ing be used, and I have to wait two weeks. This is the worst dam company I have ever worked with in my life. They just toke over Maxtor so guess what thats going down the crapper. I say go with WD HDD from now on. Damn that sucks, last time i dealt with WD they exchanged a bad drive without charging me shit.. The only thing i did was returned to old drive back, if not then they were going to charge me full price on the new drive if i didn't ship the old one back to them.. That's a good tradeoff, a new drive for shipping an old one back, plus WD took care of the shipping costs. Overall i have to say that my experience with WD's rma dept. was a good one, i can't beleive i'm saying this but it's true.. _________________ Xbox V1.3

Yup but I got it from outpost.com which they have great deals on items but once they sell out there are done. And then you have to pay for another item and wait 4 weeks for the refund.
