does anyone know how to upgrade my xbox to 40 gigs and upgrade my ram memory. i have a xbox 1.3 and a softmod installed. do i need to get a special harddrive or can any xbox hard drive work

Ram you have to solder to the mobo as for the HDD just follow the tut _________________ The mighty V6 Passat came to chew bubble gum and kick%^* and shes all out of bubble gum!

the RAM is of no use unless you run Linux, (the bios kernel cant address the extra memory)
The HDD upgrade for a softmod box will require a backup of ur eeprom and xbox HDM. there is a tut on this site under tutorials for upgrading/locking the HDD _________________ [color=yellow]Ya can't make an omelette without breakin' a few eggs!!
