hi guys I have the same problem.
i install new hd (160gb western digital) i just joined VIP member and already have the file Xbox-Hq-Evox Auto-Install 1.3 and Slayers 2.6 .I try to burn CD-RW and DVD-RW on DVD writer but no luck at all. my Xbox cant not read
so any idea will be good for me

The only other thing I can suggest is try a normal DVD-R. Also, when burning DVDs of this make sure you do it at a LOW speed.
Apart from that, if it still fails to boot it can either be your media, or the BIOS needs flashing / re-flashing. BTW, what BIOS do you have?

My rule of thumb is when I ever do a mod for someone I always give them the AI's on DVD+R's or -R's depending on what DVD Drive they have.

Well, what happen now is my xbox didnot show up G drive.
cause i got 160 GB, it only show 129GB on E drive
i have mod chip excuter v1 so it maybe not support the HD larger 137GB
is it right? or do i have to do something else.
I am not sure what bios on my xbox.
so any help guys...........

Sounds like you're gonna have to re-flash your BIOS mate...

xbox boot from the (Xbox-Hq Autoinstall 1.3) disk.
But after i install everything on Drive C, E,F,.......I did mean everything the same on readme infomation.
Then try boot the xbox , it wont boot nad show uo error 13
What i did wrong guys?

Error 13 is dash related.
Did you just relash your chip? Did you use a bios that points to C or F? What version Xbox do you have? What chip do you have? I don't think I saw it mentioned in the post. You should configure a signature with all your info so we can better assist you.
What bios are you using? Do you get error 13 when chip on or off?

Hi humanply,
We can help you no problems mate but we need to know as much info as possible about your xbox and setup..
Do this for us:
1. Copy my signature or RM's signature from the bottom of one of our posts.
2. go into your profile on xbox-hq.com by clicking this link:
http://xbox-hq.com/html/forums-profile-editprofile.html
3. Paste our signature into you profile where it say 'signature' and edit it to reflect your own xbox settings. (just do the best you can).
4. Then make sure the 'tick box' is on for ALWAYS DISPLAY SIGNATURE..
We will then be able to help you more..
l8r mate and hope you get back to us with more info so we can get your problems sorted.

After install exacly what onthe guide. But when i boot xbox without the disk, it show up msdashboard (memory,music,xbox live and setting)
