Post subject: Troubles with Reinstall with AID 3.03 (Softmod)

I formatted both C and E Drives, and then I put my non-modded backup on my Xbox. The xbox worked like it did when it was a retail unit. I used the Splinter Cell exploit to install by updated Softmod (AID 3.03); I went through the normal stuff to setup the Softmod, and it worked. But when I inserted the AID 3.03 disk after rebooting to perfome the One Click Install of the system it seemed to work perfectly. Everything worked great, but when I decided to try to install more applications, or in fact tried to install XBMC over again (because the "one click" install does not seem to install all the scripts), I get a window that say "Finished". But I know it has done nothing.... I get this same window for any Item I try to install. I even tried to delete XBMC from the APPS directory from E drive, but I get an error that it cannot be done.

Is there something I might have missed that I have set that makes my drives write protected for some reason??

Thanks,
Spuggy
