ok got the chip in ut whats the best bios to use and how do i create and cd with it on?

What version xbox do you have? If you have a 1.6 you need evox M8plus_16. If not you can use Xecuter 4983.06 or .67 depending on how big the hdd is and how you set up the partitions.
You can get AID 3.0 which has all the bios on it, then you can burn using dvddecrypter so that you can load it into your xbox. _________________

i have a 1.6 box...
The chip comes up with the flash screen etc so do i need to flash it first then run aid?

Yep, flash the chip first, if not it won't read AID. Then use the ISO updater in AID to create the AID iso with whatever you want on it and burn with dvddecrypter at the slowest speed possible. (burn to dvd-r or dvd+r) _________________

Do u rename the file to BIOS.BIN cause just tried it and it come up with unknown flash halting.

No you can rename it xecuter. Make sure you're using the right size bios ie 256k. _________________

Yes it will. Once you flash the bios, you can load the AID disc into the xbox and enjoy the rest. _________________

Ok got it all working with XBMC and downloaded a game iso but how do i get it to play on the xbox hd? do i just FTP the iso accross and the XBMC will play it or do i have 2 do somthing with the iso?
