If you're looking for a cheap chip, I'd get a duox2. I have a personal dislike for aladdins, largely due to a bad history with them.
DuoX2s, on the other hand, perform flawlessly, are cheap, have 2x 512k banks (means you can flash the latest x2 bios AND you have a second bank to revert to in the even of a bad flash), and are easy to install and use.
If you're looking for a more expensive chip, you can't go wrong with xecuter stuff.. and the xenium gold 24k is a great chip as well (though you might have a bit of trouble finding one for a few weeks due to some.. logistics mishaps (relating, ironically, to the bundled USB adaptors).
As for where to buy (and granted, I'm a bit biased...), I'd have to say go with my shop, OTB Mods. http://www.otbmods.com (Ok, so maybe I'm more than a bit biased ). My shipping charges are cheaper than anyone else's too _________________ OTB Mods.com

I can't speak for the chip, 'cause I haven't used it. But, i've ordered for Eurasia a number of times and they've delivered the goods promptly, as promised.
