i made a game with fps creator and i wanted to if it is possible to convert it to an xbox game with the open xdk (legal and free) and put it on my website for download for free and was wondering if it was legal

it sounds like it should be legal to me, but dont do it just cuz i think its ok. get some proffesional advise b4 u get into somethin like that. as you are doing now

Release it as source just to be safe. That's how XBMC is usually released, and everything homebrew is based on XDK (hense why Gates could steal XBMC and market it... that bastard...)
