Hello
I am hoping I can get help on this and it isn't as bad as what I have been reading.
I flashed my Xbox v1.6b X3ce mod with control panel and everything went fine it showed that it loaded the bios and turned itself off. I used the proper bios 3294 v16plus. Now it boots with no video at all the lights are all on it is running but no video.
Does this have anything to do with the new hard drive do I need to unlock it or lock it I know it flashed properly I still get the Backup v3.01 (press power & eject together) is there any suggestions maybe I am not booting it properly. I hope someone knows how to get this running it is a premodded Xbox I had quit a hard time with this x3 1.6 and 11.6b version Xbox's this is the second one and it was sent back to be redone and this is getting very discouraging.

Make sure your using flashbios 3.03.
Read this: Now if you look at the pictures below this is how FlashBIOS boots up if you have installed your mod successfully - we also show what happens if you have messed things up. If you get FRAG (Flashing Red And Green lights) on your Xbox then you have a bad solder joint on the LPC - check everything again (this shows your D0 point is correct as it is switching the Xbox to the LPC bus successfully - however by getting FRAG its showing that the LPC bus cannot read the bios from the mod). If you get a black video screen then you most probably have a new v1.6b Xbox (check to see if the system RAM is made by Hynix) and you have an older version of FlashBIOS. You will need to send it back to your installer to get it updated to FlashBIOS v3.03 or see if you can get a friend to do it for you. Remember FRAG = Faulty Install, Black Screen = New Xbox/Old Bios
I could update it for you, if you don't feel like sending it to sit at the mod shop you got it from. (no charge) _________________
