Hello everyone,
new to the scene here, but already have found it very helpful. I recently
got my xbox softmodded and was copying one of my games to the hard
drive via dvd2xbox. The files wouldn't copy and got an error message saying that the files couldn't be copied and to check or clean the disk. After that, when i boot up the xbox, it's just loops at the unleashx screen, never reaching my dashboard. Now, i have done some searching this morning, and think i've found the answer. I just want to see if someone more experienced can help. Do i just ftp into the xbox and delete the entire file that i was trying to copy to the HD? It was only after i attempted to copy that file with it's folders that i've run into this "looping"
problem. And also, is everything on my HD safe? do i need to wipe it and do a fresh mod or install? Any help and/or direction is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance,
