Posted: Fri Jun 16, 2006 2:29 am Post subject: Softmod.Installer.Deluxe.4.5.Nknave.Edition Problem
I copied the files to my mem card using Flash Fxp and a softmodded xbox.
When I put them on the mem and hooked it to the orgional xbox, I booted up with Mechassault, clicked campaign, then 'Run Linux', but when the blank screen comes up, it doesn't go any further. I know it isn't the files because I tried it on my modded xbox, and it works, the install that is.
I was wondering why the screen just stays black on the stock xbox. The LED light changes orangeish, too, if that helps anyone.

Are you first moving your game save to the unmodded xbox hardrive? I believe the saves must be on the hard drive, try that instead of running them from the card. Otherwise maybe someone more experienced may know the answer to your question.........goodluck. _________________

If you can, try ising Splinter cell or 007. They work more often than the MA save. I have never had a problem with it. But you are doin git right, just a bad game I guess. _________________ Moddingbandit

Yeah, I copy it to the hard drive first, but I'llgo get one of those two, try to replyin the next 5 hrs orsoso I know what oneis best to get.

Me again, I got splinter cell, orgional, and I guess it doesn't work, when its supposed to go to a black screen, it wont go to it it just freezes when I click load chekpoint, or click levels, I must have a big problem here huh?
