i had an aladin chip installed in my xbox cuz i heard u can turn on and off for online play. well when i hold power button for three seconds it boots with the chip on just fine , but when i want to play without the chip it doesnt work. instead a screen shows up with a number 5 on the top left corner and says"service required. call customer support". if any can help me please reply. i live on xbox live.and i really want my xbox live cuz Halo 2 is coming out.

Its because ur hard drive is unlocked
