i currently have unleashx dash with about 130 gigs of games on my softmodded box. is there any way with the aid2.11 disc or any other way to change to another dash without deleting my games and apps? nothing wrong with unleashx i would just like to try other dash's. i've seen a friend's box where he had liek 6 different dash's and he can choose between which one he wants to use. i used the aid2.11 dvd (i got from djb) to try and load some other dashes so i could do the same thing but i keep getting errors while it's installing dash's onto my box. any advice?

Easy.. Boot AiDeluxe and choose which dashboard you want to install.. It does not FORMAT or DELETE.. It only copies files to your xbox and overwrites your old dashboard.
YOu must know where you dashboard is currently installed to..
Look on your xbox hdd for evox.xbe or evoxdash.xbe files then you can be sure where you need to install the dashboard to using AIDeluxe and you wont have a prob.

Also, any dash can be installed as an "application" from AID, or you can even easily just FTP your dash of choice up to your box. From there, you can then use UnleashX to launch these other dashes, and "try them out". Seems like a LOT safer way for you to experiment than swap dashboards in and out...
