I followed the tutorial given by easybuy2000 to the t. and when I went to turn on the xbox, there was no video transfer to my tv. All five of the led lights are lit, the wire loom is in the right spot. the blue cords on the xlite are conneceted which the site leaves out. the motherboard is secure, and the connections are correct. But No pic? I'm very confused at this point. any help would be appreciated.

Hi ftrain,
Before purchasing any modchip you should make sure there is plenty of documentation and support for the chip.. I know there are quiet a few members here running the x-chip without any dramas..
If you have installed the modchip before what is different this time??
Is it a different xbox version??
What bios did you flash the modchip with or are you up to that??
Since it is fragging i would go over your installation in full and then if it still happens i would remove and reinstall again.
anyway, sorry i couldnt be of more help bro.. Im sure you will get it since you have done one of these chips before.. So hang in there and let us know how you went.
I wish I would have simply chosen the X-Chip again. But I wanted a solderless adaptable chip, so I went with the X-Lite. different chip, that doesn't seen to be able to flash directly.
I will go over my install two or three more times, that's not a problem. The real issue is when I go to turn on the xbox, there is no video or sound what so ever being displayed on the TV. In my short experience with modding I have never seen an xbox not boot any video.
Any suggestions other than re-install would be appreciated.
