I recently upgraded my HDD. I backed everything up, was able to install the new hard drive with no problems, locked it and everything works fine. However, I transferred my TDATA and UDATA to my new HD and when I try to load a game it says no save game data found. Any clues as to why?

When you FTP over and check the directory, are the saves physically there?
Are you running all of the same apps, bios, and file structure?
Just wondering if everything is still pointing to same directories.

The saves are physically there in the E drive, and the only thing different is after i upgraded the hd i upgraded from Xecuter2 Bios to Evox M8 Bios.

Well, the only thing that I can think of is there is a config/setting pointing in the wrong direction. What size HD did you upgrade from and to. Were your gamesaves on a different drive the last time?
I wouldn't think that all of your game saves are corrupt.
