Hi, new to the forum..

Installed SID 2.0, using evox dash, worked perfectly until....my wife installed unleashx by accident!! god knows how. I have tried to reinstall evox, from the SID menu, deleted all c: files and re softmodded, all to no avail. Everytime I am still left with the unleashx dashboard.

Is there a way to reinstall Evox? Am I doing something simple and wrong? Help would be appreciated. Also if i want to upgrade to SID 3, can I just install it using Splinter cell ontop of my SID2 install?

Sorry if this is all a bit basic but I am frustrated....

any help appreciated

this is basic but very simple to fix. what you should do is download Auto Installer Deluxe V2.0. here http://www.mininova.org/get/42280/Auto-Installer.Deluxe.v2.0.Xbox-Hq.torrent
and if you don't well then using SID v2 use MS backup and redo the softmod and it should go. well i hope you made a MS backup because thats the first thing you ever do in a softmod.[/url]

If you grab Auto-Installer Deluxe 2.0, make sure you grab the 2.02 update for it also.

This is the exact problem. I did backup the ms dash, and have restored it. Then when i reinstall softmod, and reinstall evox, when i reboot i still get unleashx! I have even tried deleting all the saves and C drive files first, i still get unleashx as my dash.

Don't massively want to install AID 2, as i want to keep things nice and simple at the mo, and there must be something going wrong here. Any ideas?

most likely you are using 2 places for dash

you wife could installed the dash on E or F

and you for example on C
