Where the hell did you find this??
This looks like an official XDK CD, possibly. I've never seen one so I can't say for sure, but I've got a hunch that it is.
Unfortunately it's October 2002 which means it's REALLY out of date though.

It's used specifically for Xbox Programming, how much do they want for it as it might be of some use to me.

Wow that disk is what evryone is looking for but doesnt even know it.
that is the very disk i have been asking for in older posts
it has all the xbox program files on it.
so this is exactly what it is used for: You put the disk in an xbox that has just been built then it will start to auto install all the xbox files onto your xbox.
note. So yes you can completely delete you xbox hdd then use this disk to restore it just like a reboot disk that i was looking for.
also you wil not have all your savegames and files of music once this has been performed if you havent realised that yet.
So if you are getting an error 13 to 20 this cd will fix that with a reboot. _________________

Um, not really.
The disc would either be the Debug builder for Xbox, or the actual Xbox Development Kit that plugs into Visual Studio. It's not an installer as such like Slayers or AID.
