simple.
1. Goto http://www.phpnuke.org and download the latest version of the PHPNUKE software..
2. Upload to your server.
3. Create a database and inject the .sql files provide with the nuke download
4. Then open config.php and setup your database username and password
5. thats it.. Log in.

edit
my homepage is dacrazyheeb.com
my forum page is dacrazyheeb.com/chat

hi da-goat,
What you want to do is choose a THEME for your site ok.. Let it change the graphics.
Once the theme comes up you can then edit all the images and background through editing the \themes\theme.php file.
its very simple but you will need to just sit down and play.
Anyway, keep at it..
If you have PHPNUKE installed its simple to install the FLASHGAMES module.. Just download the VIP Package of the FLASHGAMES module and follow the instructions..
ok, i got everything installed...what files do i need to replace to get the page lookin how i want it....thanks for the help so far, the site is far more awesome than i thought it would be

the easiest way to do it is this..
Open your homepage in a browser.
Then right click and choose 'save background as' or 'save picture as' on all the images..
You just then have to edit those images in photoshop and change everything.. Then reupload those images to the server where they came from..
/theme/
you will love it..
Also, go and browse for FREE PHPNUKE THEMES.. Download one that you like and then upload it.. Thats if you cant be bother customizing your own.
great, ill try that right now...also, can i make it to where it doesnt ask for the number thing to log in or register? thanks

Hi da-goat,
Sorry mate.. Ive been busy..
You can log into your MYSQL database and change the theme manually..
I think its in the table name: nuke_config.
apart from that just reupload all the themes to the themes directory and you will ready to go again.
btw.. ill help you will flashgames install.; Just get your site up and running mate..
lol, i know how being busy is...geeze...lol
but yeah, i just redownloaded the php nuke and unloaded them via ftp...i also figured out how to get the games working...
the thing im woundering about now is how the subscription feature works...or in your case vip...i got pretty much everything else running smoothly except i havnt had time to change the graphics yet...but thanks for you help dude...its greatly apreciated...
also, how would i add a block for the active forum topics like you've got...and also how do i get the score for the games to work and also the points system...
thanks for help...if your busy i can wait...its not a very important matter but thanks for your help so far...
