Oh ! I have the same problem. It made me crazy for a long time, but then I find out: WE see this message because we do not need this option. you CHoose the Install Dasboard option, not the one you chose because you are already install the software from the SID 3.0 when you load the game save . Then select install applications, install ALL. NOW tuen off. Then turn on with the DVD tray emty and close....... Enjoy.
ok i'm not quite sure wat you mean, do u mean that to install the dashboard you go to install dashboard in the main menu of AID instead of isntalling the dashboard from the softmod section? is that wat you mean?
Sorry for my poor Engl: I mean Goto Softmod section;
there will be 3 rows, the first is install Na????+ ms dash; the second is Install PML+Ms dash or something, you choose the third row Install Mdashboard. After that you can instal the applications, emulators. Turn off the xbox turn it on ....... that was what I did.
I am looking some copy game to test, Where can I fine 1 ??????

If you have got as far as booting AID 2 your xbox should be fine, because if you xbox can read this, it should be able to read a burned game.
