Hi! I received my Xbox today with a Smart XX chip installed. I want to play my back-up games but I first need to know what bios I should be downloading. I am so very clueless.
I wouldn't imagine it isn't as simple as download this bios, brun to a cd or dvd, put it in your Xbox tray and viola?

that's it you got it. burn a disc and pop it in. there are lots of tut's on this i would use a dvd-r, use the newset bios then download a autoinstaller for your other dashboard needs. VIP's can download them all here bios and tools and dashboards and autoinstallers, worked great for and i use a Mac Not a Windows Machine.

yup right on!
You will have to burn to CDRW or DVD-R unless you have a SAMSUNG XBOX DVD DRIVE..
The Samsung is the only XBOX DVDROM DRIVE that will read CDR's.
Do a search in the forums for SMARTXX and youll find other members who have the chip too.. If you get into too much trouble dont hesitate sending anyone a private message (pm)..
