ok i got aid downloaded in rar format, now what. can i just ftp the whole file in rar fomat to the xbox or after unpacking all aid files do i need to do one at a time . i dont see one big iso i just get a bunch of filz. help

get WinRAR

open the .rar or .001 with winRAR. select everything inside and click the "Extract To" button. select a convientent location to save it to. this will combone all the .rar's you got
