In my never ending quest for xbox knowledge I shelled out $19.95 for a pack of console repair guides. These guides were downloaded via a link after my payment, and to be honest I was quite skeptical of what I was going to find. I have to say though, this guide is any noobs dream. I have only begun to view the xbox guide and everything from hardware repairs, mods, to finding great deals on xbox parts/products is covered. Kudos to this person who took some serious time to put this thing together. I don't typically like to endorse products that aren't showcased on this site, but if anyone is interested in this guide just PM me and I can get you a link to the product. This is a definite must for someone who is considering modding on the side for some extra cash. I would venture to say even a seasoned pro could appreciate this guide. Plenty of images to view, and if that isn't enough there is even a video demo after the tutorial. For $9.95 you can purchase single guides for xbox, ps2, and nintendo GC, GB, and GBA. From what I gather the Nintendo guide covers all the Nintendo products. I know alot of modding experts would say it's a waste of money because everything can be found on the internet. However, to have everything in one nice and easy package, to me is worth it's weight in gold! It's a noob's dream come true! _________________ Good Deals: Death@Hand, funkydopenloven, StaticMind, Slamscaper, PorscheXboxter

Yes, for people who just want the xbox guide it's only $9.95, which I think is very worth it. There is a lot of content in it that we could use here. I am in the process of extracting information from it and arranging into tutorials that we are lacking. It even has basic soldering skills that really have helped me. _________________ Good Deals: Death@Hand, funkydopenloven, StaticMind, Slamscaper, PorscheXboxter

Hey fellas
I was able to do a full review on this guide For the creator B4 it was released and I just wanted to add that this is the true noob guide to xbox modding for the price you cant go wrong it is even handy for veterans to have around as it has a nice little base of information in it.
There are videos to show you exactly how to do some of the things like soldering for instance. It beats the hell out of looking at pictures. I met the creator shortly B4 he released this and he deserves credit and support for what he has done.

On another note If you have a killer tutorial you have 5 days left to turn it into a Halo edition xbox with xenium installed. or one of many other prizes. You can submit them here tutorials@xbox100.com

Hey sinister, what's shakin? I agree with your review on the xbox repair guide. I actually bought the package from him to receive the set of three guides for xbox, PS2 and GC/GB/GBA. I even ordered some LED's from his site. I seriously did not have the kahooters to use a hot gun until I grabbed and read this guide. The soldering section was awesome. It also helped me better understand a lot of things in order to effectively help members here. I have only been part of the mod world for a little over a month and there is still a lot that goes over my head, however because of this guide the learning curve has been shortened greatly. What I stress the most when I tell people about this guide is it was written by a professional. You can see from the minute you open it that he spent a plethora of time putting this resource together. _________________ Good Deals: Death@Hand, funkydopenloven, StaticMind, Slamscaper, PorscheXboxter
