ok
i read about the slow download times for AID 2 so i figured i would try out AID 1.01. now heres my problem. I follow the steps to make the ISO for a CD-RW, dummy cd blah....blah then while in dummy cd it acts like its working then it says that it cant extract media,fonts,files,audio and music. and a few other things. then it creates an ISO of only 110MB's. Any help?

you shouldn't get to slow of downloads anymore via torrent. over 150 seeders

a common mistake people make is regulating their upload speed. most clients have it set to max upload by default which can and will flood the internet connection. make sure you set your upload rate at approx 50%-80% of your total upload speed.
ive had the best luck with fast downloads using ABC:
i'd recommend stayign atleast 80%, otherwise people might call you a d1ck gotta say i love my membership torrent sites that don't allow leeching
