ok ive noticed like everybody else, that the new AID is out!..wich sounds great, i loved the first aid, it was great..but i was wondering..is it worth geting the 2.0 if i already have the older version? whats so new in it?..i hear apps but..what new apps?..any way i could get the new specs of the new aid so i can compare it to the older one to see if theres a need for me to get it?

The best way to compare specs would be to compare chapter 2 of both AID 1 and 2 manuals.
Basically AID 2 has more updated apps, more features (including backup and restore features for your Xbox HDD), and a lot more focus on integration with softmods.
I would strongly suggest upgrading too, because future updates will only work with the new system that's in place with v2.0, including all the addon packs that currently exsist for it.
