hi there! can I just download the new unleashx release and overwrite the files in C:\. i guess I have to sign the xbe first, so that the softmod is able to boot it. is that correct? if yes, how do i sign the xbe correctly?

You don't need to sign it as only the softmod needs to be signed. The dashboard doesn't need it as the xbox is already booted with the softmod.

So yes, just copy the files over and you should be fine. Just make sure to check the config.xml file and alter if it you need to before uploading it.

One thing to do, rename "xboxdash.xbe" to "msdash.xbe" because if you leave it the same you will not be able to access your MS Dashboard.
