Hi. I think I've messed things up badly. Im trying to fix with aid101 but I need a few points of clarification.
I had installed mxm and the phoenix bios launcher before things got really messed up. So, Im hoping that I dont actually need to get in through the mech assault exploit to install AID.
WHen I boot from the MA exploit, I start to go into Ltools then error 21 comes crashing down.
I had FTP access to my xbox for awhile and it looked like the msdash was missing. I messed around with some settings and FTP access went away and error 21 sets in.
Soemtimes, I can get something about booting up in safemood. ANy advice on what to do there?
I have made an image of AID and am trying to install it on my xbox, hoping the existence of the phoenix biolauncher might allow me to install AID. Is this possible?
When I try to run a movie DVD (I have the dongle and RC) I get an error 14. WHen I try to run AID, I get error 13. THe Xbox intro screen hangs for a bit on some of the disks that I have tried (I have a phillips drive). So, Im hoping that this is a find-the-right-brand-of-cd-for-your-drive-problem. Anythoughts? Can I distinguish an unacceptable image from not being able to boot any image at all?

you can do a hotswap to restore a backup (if you have a backup ),
