I just installed the xenium chip in my xbox and I'm confused about what I do next. In order to burn games and play them on my xbox do I: 1. Have to download a bios onto my modchip? or 2. Have to get software for my PC to burn the correct ISO file to the blank disc? What's the easiest way to do this?

You need to get some better understanding before you go any further. Trust me, you'll thank me.
First, your Xenium Ice doesn't burn games. Your Xenium ice doesn't play burned games. The mod chip servers one purpose. To hold a new bios. The bios is what gives you the opportunity to load and launch applications on your machine.
First, what size hard drive are you running with? If you are running with the stock HD you will be limited in what you can do. There isn't much space available.
Next, assign your TSOP to the launch menu. Just go to your launch menu, and select Add Launch Item. Then select, TSOP. Then, you will be confronted by a screen that looks like a keyboard. The name that is logged is "Retail Kernel". Just keep that. You will then have to assign an LED color. This is the color that your chips LED will be when you launch the retail kernel. Retail kernel is another name for the MS Bios.
Now it's time to flash your mod chip with the correct bios. If you have a 1.6 Xbox use the M8 bios. If you have a 1.0 to a 1.5 use X2 4983 bios.
If you have a 1.6b , use M8+ Beta 4 bios.
Once you have that all done, you need to format/prepare your HD and install your dashboard. Then your applications.
Once you are done with that, then ask about how to burn copied games. We'll be here to help, but you gotta slow down a little and get your machine running first. Keep us posted bud.

When I got my first BIOS I installed it to me xbox via FTP. You can try that if you don't have software that can burn the iso. That way you can at least see that it is in. _________________

With the Xenium Ice you can also try via HTTP..
There are three different ways, but you need to know how to network your Xbox to your PC to handle the FTP or HTTP. I have a HTTP tutorial up online on this site.
But, you need to know how to hook up your Xbox to a router or to your PC.
