Hi
I have learned that to get AID to work, you need to have a hacked bios prior to putting in the DVD. I have a modchip, but I have no idea how to cehck to see if I have a hacked bios. When I boot up my system, everything follows the standard MS Dashbaord look/feel. However, I can play backups, so I know my modchip is working.
I also got the AIDS torrent, and the .iso file. I know how to burn it. But I dont know what at all to do for a "hacked BIOS". Also, when I get AID to work, what emulator should i use? I am looking for a astethically pleasing one, with many features. I have heard EvoX is kinda old now.
Also, can all modchips handle a "hacked bios"?
Last, do any of you know how well "Verbatim 8X DVD-R" works with a Thomson drive?
