I have just received my first mod chip. I have installed it according to the instructions. Could use some help on what my next steps should be with my chameleon soderless mod chip. Would like to use the xecuter2 4981 bios if it is the right one. Can you help me with this endeavor? Thank You.

Sounds to me like you got the right idea.. I just had a discussion with a NON-VIP member for over 30 minutes telling him he has to flash his modchip before even bothering to install a dash.. Finally got through to him but though i would help you first coz you are a xbox-hq believer.. hhe lol (VIP i mean).
Anyway,
Yes, I would go for excutor bios too .. Choose the latest version which im sure has hard drive support (XBOX) for up to 160gb..
Basically what you need to do is download the BIOs and burn it to CDRW/DVD-R.. (remeber that all xbox's are funny about media) Try a couple of different brands..
Since your a VIP this is going to be easy.. IM sure you already have your bios so burn it and popit in the xbox dvd rom..
When it boots the cromwell boot bios will give you option for cdrom flash or something (tell you the truth ive never seen one)..
Just choose cd-rom and it will be flashed..
After flashing try booting a backup or xbox app in XISO format..
