First, thanks to the community for making this possible.

I softmodded 2 of my xbox's. Worked great, (but I think I have an old version of evolutionx.)

I used xboxhdm 1.9 to do the hdd upgrade.

The problem is, when I upgraded the HDD, everything mostly worked. The only problem is it would boot to the ms dashboard. I had to reuse the game exploit to get to the softmod install, then I had to remove the softmod and then install it again. Works fine after that.
What did I do wrong? Both systems did the exact same thing, would not boot to evolutionx dashboard after the upgrade.

PS: is there a way to restore the evo dash without having to re-install?
