Hey Ken, welcome aboard. I will try to get a hold of User1 and Dark as Im no hardware expert and they are and Im sure they could help you
Off the top of my head though this isnt an XBOX V issue but rather a BIOS issue. Im not sure if the BIOS chip you are using supports external flashing but if you run its SN to check and confirm it does I would suggest an external flash using a compatable BIOS

give it time, you may get the help you need if you're patient?
SPPV knows what he's doing...plus IRL probably caught up with the others?!
type EXACTLY into a search engine for users 'darkweezil' and 'shambles1980' and you should get some results (excellent guys) but i must warn you, the place they're at isn't so hot!
if you can reach them, i'm sure they'd get back in-touch with you if it's possible...
(darkweezil maybe harder to reach as IRL has a way of doing that) _________________ to all my friends... farewell and all the best to future prosperity... and remember, be excellent to each other!

The easiest way to confirm if its the chip(s) or something else on your board is pull the chip and pull the HDD. Use Babylon to rebuild the HDD softmodded and pop the HDD back in. If it boots fine its something with the chip. You can then try hooking the chip up installing Evox and flashing it again. Alternatively you can pull the HDD from your softmodded XBOX and lock it with the eeprom for the problem XBOX.
If its still XMAS then its not the chip.

Well hey broken record here SOFTMOD THAT SUCKER lmao. Many may think Im nuts but there is a REASON why I toil to push softmod not BIOS replacement. Tell your friends how softmod saved your hardmodded ass lol, maybe more will make the smart choice and stay safe.
