I think I'm one of the original or close to it, I joined back in 2004. Anyway, great to see there is still an active community here!! I'm going to poke around now and see if I see any familar names

Well, I'd call myself old (1956 child) but I am a newbie on Xbox-HQ.
But there is no way I am about to buy an Xbox 360. The Xbox 360 is a POS that only Microshaft could have thought was ready to be released back in 2006.
And nothing has changed; it is still a POS. I suspect that the X720 will be twice as bad.

Had a look at your setup and pics and it looks like you have an old XBMC build. Is that right? It reminded me of my XBMC from Aug 2005.

Well there were Ads all over the place that weren't really needed.
I don't like how nearly every download posted gets moved to the VIP section.
I get that People here are trying to get money off of it, but there could be a few free downloads every once in a while.
Not to mention the forums could really be revised, Like moving boards that no one ever posts be moved to a sub-board into the same category.
It's not a huge deal but I also didn't like how there was a tutorial for using a live shot gun round to make a joystick out of it, the warning could of at least said something like, We advise you to go to a professional gun smith who has experience with rounds but just saying something like if you do it your self and you get your face blown off it's not our fault.
You guy's asked so there's no reason to try and defend Hq network so seriously, just sayin some things that bugged me and that I think could use some improvements.
You asked.

My only problem with HQ is the laughing smily. It gets on my nerves so badly!

I'm still here. I remember seeing your avatar before I don't really remember you too much. I haven't left in the almost 5 years that I've been here. _________________

I have to agree with you kenneth, the site does need alot of improvements and i have been working hard on it for nearly 11 years now already, the reason why it hasn't been updated is because its a hobby and a very expensive one. lol..
Don't worry, you will all hopefully be pleasantly surprised with what i have planned for all of the websites in the near future.. I will be updating all areas and going through every link.
We hosted alot of VIP downloads in the beginning because we were being leeched from majorly and could not afford to cover our hosting. Sorry about that but we would have shutdown years ago if we didn't dream up the vip areas..
