Ok, Im trying to update/install a newer dashboard for my buddy. He has an original v1.0 Xbox with a Xenium mod chip. Ive decided to go with the AID because of user saying how great of a program it is to use. So, I burned a copy of it to a dvd and started clearing everything off the xbox system. I wiped all the information off the HD partitions and updated the bios using evox.m8plus.fc.137.bin which worked without a problem. I have a c, e, f, x, y and z drive. I put the dvd it, and it loads up on boot without a problem. Since its been modded using a chip, I choose the modchip install section and install the evo-x dashboard. When its time to reboot w/o the dvd, it wont load. It just tries to continuely reboot. Ive tried installing Anod-X and Avalaunch and they boot fine. But, my friend really wants the Evo-x dash. Anyone have any suggestions on the possible source of the problem?
P.S Im using version 4.5 of the installer, if that makes a differance

Your best bet to fix this is to FTP the xbox and delete the trainers folder.
