Hy to all,
I've just discoverd AID and it is too KOOL, im' triing to upgrade my 10gb hd to an 80Gb.
I have a xbox chipmodded(appleX-xecuter2).
which is the easyest way to upgrade... i've backupped bios , C: and E: ........ and now...

replace the harddrive. boot the xbox with aid disc in the drive. pick 1 click modchip install. pick your dashboard and your ready to go. i would choose xbmc as the dash. then once xbmc is up and running u can ftp whatever u want from your backups ie games emulators etc.
oh and of course make sure your mod chip is turned on during all this

THe CdRom is Master or Slave?

some Xboxes want the HDD to be set to cable-select while others require it to be set to master, i use cable select and slave on the disk drive.

like wes mentioned it depends.. I normally just look at the drive when taking it out and match the settings.. Eitherway you should get it working no probs since you are running a modchip.
