I just softmodded my xbox successfully and am trying to ftp over the xbmc. It appears that everything transferred over correctly except 38 image files for the game icons. I have powered on/off my xbox and xbmc still will not showup in the applications menu.
What do I do? Do I have to replace some files? Help me please!

Ware did you get your build of XBMC?
Click the link under my sig and get a copy from the T3CH, extract the zip and FTP just the XBMC folder to your APPs folder.

I did the whole IRC xbins download thing. If I download the new software from the link, how should I go about replacing it? Am I able to delete it from the fxp? I am using evox and am not able to do to much from the xbox interface it seems.

That did the trick. Now how do get some emulators to work on the XBMC dashboard?
