i downloded AID 4.3 (along with a few more version)
i was having trouble extracting the files from the rar archive with linux so i rebooted in to window (just so sombody couldnt say it was caus ur using linux and nothing works on it)
i extracted the iso (no errors)
i updated the iso (only the important stuff bios, dhtp patch, no skins or that crap)
i burned it at 4.X speed (only one error apon verifaction) to a CD-RW useing Image burn
somthing on sector 1 is corrupt
C1 = CE
i figgured i should at least try it out, poped it into the xbox nothing...not even an install screen no failure half way through install nothing
am i doing somthing wrong?

Its possible that your xbox drive cant read CD-RW disks,
Try burning it onto a DVD-R _________________

im gunna go test it on other xbox's
i will return with results
k the first xbox i tested ...the disk drive wouldnt open....ill play with that later
the next on i pluged the disk into was running
EvocX, Philips dvd drive (the one you half to smack before the disk drive pops out)
well i pluged the AID disk i made into it...it workes right from the get go
i just press the launch disk buttion and boom
i read that aid was built with unleash X, true? it ma be an internal problem (i think aid cant boot because its unleash X, and my dash board being unleash X see's the foren unleash X trying to boot and it disables it for some reason)
any other merit to my discovery?
by the way it was super help full in retriving save data off a crashed machine
this disk saved an xbox
maybe the drive is retarted and will only read dvd (on the first xbox)
maybe its unleash x
i test more

dude, i have no idea, it should recognize cd-rw's though, try reburning, since it failed earlier, completely erase the cd-rw then try again, or a new cd-rw

Not all disk drives will work with the same format of media bro, thats why we have a guide listing what will work with what.
