ok, got a soft modded xbox and a blank 60g hdd.
i want to know if its possible to build a new unmodded xbox on my 60g hdd using xboxhdm?
i have loads of crap on my normal 8g xbox hdd so i want to start from scratch with a bigger hdd.

with me so far?

-i have the eeprom in the linux/eeprom folder. - from the 8g hdd
-i have the origional xbox c drive data in the linux/c folder. - downloaded from the usual shady places.
-ive put the splinter cell exploite save files in the linux/e/udata. - so i can install the soft mod later using the splinter cell game disk.

if i create the iso and burn it to cd, will it install the retail xbox dash on the new hdd?

thanks in advance!!!!!!

With xboxHDM there is an option to build a stock hdd and it works like a charm. Wink

The mod chip might make it a bit simpler but if your xbox is a 1.0-1.5 you can use chimp to copy you old HDD to a large new HDD and its real easy.
