i just bought nhl 07 the game
and i would like to put it on my xbox hd i made a back up copy of the game and when i try to load it from my hd it just says loading forever
the main reason i need it to work is because i play my back up games through a lg dvd rom cause it seems to load faster
i just can't seem to get this one back up of nhl 07 to work at all
any help with this would be awesome
if not then i guess i'll just have to pull the ide cable out and put it into my almost dead xbox dvd drive

Try clearing out the E/cache folder and see if that helps, if not then you might have a file missing.

if yyou don't mind what does the cache have to do with it?
why would it prevent it from working?

The cache folder is where the xbox puts temp files and such that its using and if it gets too full it locks up app and game since they have no room for the new info.
Most of the time it clears itself but as you have seen some time you got to do it by hand.
