I used a sony remote but with the IR mod you can program it to a car alarm button if you want.

Its all in the x3ir mod guide. Wink

This is what i used and i found that with the ir you can program it to any ir signel.

X3ir is the way i went for the fact you can use any remote and since its 3 solder points and thay are all easy to hit, im talking Real Easy. LOL
