I still have problems when I play Halo3
Not all the time but atleast one day out of t he weak the ping rate is down in the red and every glitches around....Quite Frankly I've been playing Bioshock because H3 is making me mad. _________________

I am going to say this isnt ridiculious and explain why. For one every lawyer goes in with a insane amount of money requested. They don't expect to get that much and a jury sure as hell won't give them that much. But what you have to realize is that this lawsuit represents most of the people out there who don't have the balls to speak up! I don't know what you guys do for a living but I know I work my ass off 24/7 to pay the bills and honestly xbox live and the dsl I need to connect to it is a really big luxury for me. So does it make me mad when I go to sign on and have to wait forever? Yes! Does it make me mad when I am lagging so bad after I have just sat around waiting to join a game for 15 minutes? Yes! Does it make me mad when I cant do simple things like check messages? Yes! I pay 50 dollars for a service that is supposed to be functioning 24/7 365 days a year. Microsoft used the excuse that it was the holidays and such but xbox live is still bad! What is there excuse now? So before you go throwing around words like ridiculious and frivilious lawsuit do some research. Xbox live hasn't gotten better in fact it has gotten worse for alot of people. Go to xbox.com under technical issues and read all the complaints.I for one applaud this group of people who actually had the gumption to finally make Microsoft accountable for money already paid. God bless them and I hope they accomplish something instead of just settling out of court. _________________
