Its a real long shot but if you got save files for your games back them to your PC and delete them from your xbox, then try running the game.

you mean delete all my files and than delete everything from my hd again and start all over? This wouldnt have anything to do with my Bios right?

No, what he means is remove all of the saves you have for every game on your Xbox (back up first) and then start the game again.
Sometimes it's corrupted save files that cause problems in games, removing them might solve this. Just remember to make copies of your saves though, just in case.

Yeah cloud you get me.
I had GTA S.A. and Black both lock up right at the start screen from bad save points.
Like i said long shot but better then nothing.

The saves are located on the Udata and Tdata right? just delete everything inside?

i will do that but the other thing i was realizing is that i dont think i have any saved games or data from anygames but ill just delete everything inside my tdata and udata folder and see what happens. Thanks

is the fan still working in the back of the xbox case (behind the HDD) it could be an overheat issue

Two different hard drives, same Xbox, same problem. Could be more than a coincidence.
