Nope, just evoxdash.xbe, config.xml, and evox.ini

I just confirmed my thoughts. I ran SID5.01, FTP'd in and copied over the newest version of unleashx (renamed to evoxdash.xbe to root of E: as well as the new config.xml.

Rebooted and still went straight to MS Dash.

Sounds like you been playing with the files and now its booting from the C drive.

Try moveing the unleash dash files to the C drive and see if it boots it that way.

Never manually messed with files, just made backups to my local PC.

I can't win though. Just did remove softmod, restore MS backup, and redid softmid dual boot but selected EvoX dash this time, and it worked.

The dual boot functions properly. I just don't get it! ahh, so frustrating.

Anyway, copied over UnleashX and rebooted, put in AID and it launches. I guess I just need to stop messing with it Smile But I like to understand why things do what they do :/

Your xbox you can do what you want to it man, but my rules for me are if it aint broke dont fix it and anything worth doing is worth over doing.
As for what makes it do the things it do well files and programming. Laughing
