Help Please! I have installed the X3 in my xbox. I flashed it with M8 and had the switches set on on off off. When I started it back up on original dashboard with modchip off, I got an asian language. Also when I started it up with the switches on on off off with modchip on, It didn't come on. It will start up with the switches on on on on and play games fine, but when it starts up like this there is a pink evox symbol in top left hand corner. I tried to install evox dashboard, but I am not sure I did it right. I also think I lost the M$ dashboard or at least messed it up. Not sure what to do at this point. HELP!

I have a 1.6. I chose m8 because I "thought" that was the newest. but should have known newest is not necessarily the best.

I'd try reflashing the chip and see what happens.... just checked the VIP download section and we have X3 1879... we don't have X3 1892 yet.. I'd use 1879 for now, but it has a few more bugs than 1892, which is probably not totally bug-free either.
