Okay, installed new big HD, but it booted up to UNleash X, so how do I get it to boot up to XBMC? Just so you know, I backed up eeprom, c and e, but everything wouldn't fit onto the cd-r, so I delete ...

Also, with a bigger HD, do I need to change my fan or anything like that? I hope not, but which one is the best if I do? Also, do I just transfer my movies per ftp from my pc?

It must not have backed up all the files, cause when I backed it up again, it was over 5 gigs, so I must have been missing audio files or something.
